These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, United States, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
You have the right to terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may submit a written request to [email protected]. We will process your request within a reasonable time period, typically within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Upon account termination or suspension, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
